White Label Casino Launch Checklist: 12 Steps Before Your First Player

Launching a white label casino is mostly about getting the boring things right before your first real player deposits. This checklist covers the steps that decide whether your launch week is calm or chaotic.

1. Decide your markets and currencies first

Pick your target countries before you pick games. Your currency list (BDT, INR, PKR, BRL, USD, USDT) determines which providers, payment methods, and even which game catalogs you can use.

2. Choose a game aggregator, not twenty integrations

A single casino API that aggregates thousands of games saves months of per-provider integration work. With GamingAPI you integrate once and get slots, live casino, crash games, and sports through one wallet and one callback format.

3. Understand the pricing model

GamingAPI pricing is simple: a $350 one-time setup fee plus 10% of positive GGR, with no monthly minimum. Compare that to providers charging $200–$500/month before you have a single player.

4. Set up your wallet callback correctly

Your callback endpoint must be idempotent (duplicate transaction IDs are ignored) and process messages in order. A bet must debit, a win must credit, and a late win must still settle correctly. Test this with replayed and out-of-order messages before launch.

5. Test deposits end to end

If you accept USDT (TRC20), verify that deposits are credited only after on-chain confirmation, with the credited amount equal to the on-chain amount. Never credit from a screenshot or a support ticket.

6. Configure your GGR reporting

You need per-round and per-player GGR visibility from day one. Settlement should be based on net loss per round: max(0, bet − win) × rate. Wins should never be charged GGR.

7. Prepare your responsible gaming page

Even in grey markets, a visible responsible gaming page and age gate build trust with players and payment partners.

8. Localize your content

Players convert better in their own language. At minimum, localize your homepage, deposit instructions, and support channel for each target market.

9. Set your minimum balance and launch rules

Decide the minimum wallet balance required to launch a game (a common default is the equivalent of $1) and make sure an in-progress game is never interrupted when a balance dips.

10. Run a soft launch with friendly players

Invite 5–10 trusted players. Watch the callback logs, balance movements, and settlement reports for a week. Every discrepancy you catch now is a dispute you avoid later.

11. Prepare support macros

Write ready answers for the five questions you will get daily: deposit missing, withdrawal time, game disconnected, bonus rules, and account verification.

12. Monitor the first 100 rounds personally

Watch the first hundred real rounds yourself. Check that every bet debited once, every win credited once, and every callback reached your site in order.
