iGaming API Provider — What to Look for in 2026

Jul 28, 2026 · 9 min read

Provider vs aggregator vs platform

The terms overlap. An iGaming API provider typically ships the whole stack — casino, sportsbook, wallet, cashier. An aggregator is casino-only. A platform is turnkey + skinning.

The 10 questions to ask every provider

  • Which studios are direct vs sub-aggregated?
  • What's the 30-day rolling uptime?
  • Do you publish a live status page?
  • What jurisdictions are covered?
  • What's the latency from your Frankfurt/Singapore PoP?
  • Do you support crypto settlement?
  • What's the notice period?
  • Do you charge per-game fees on top of revshare?
  • What's the onboarding SLA?
  • Can I talk to 3 existing customers?

Red flags

No status page. Vague catalog counts ("10,000+ games" without a downloadable list). 12-month lock-in. No sandbox before contract signing.
